TERMS OF SERVICE
DElivery
♡DELIVERY
You will receive all the revisons as you need, and i will send the first skecth to the customer and only when they approve the sketch will i continue (you have the right to request any changes and edits and make sure nothing is missing ) i will continue sending WIP’s until my final version of the commission ( then you may request small changes and edits like color and details, if the requested changes are bigger then extra fees may apply.) you will receive final artwork via e-mail as a JPEG or a PNG if requested
Gerneral terms
♡Commissioned art is for personal use only! (This means you can use it freely but not to profit from it, such as using it as branding for a profit site etc. except if you pay the fee for Commercial use)
♡I have the right to use your commissioned work in my own portfolio/social media and coms page etc. unless otherwise agreed upon.
♡Payment is only accepted in USD, i will send an invoice through Paypal.
♡I will not start the commission until full payment is received! (Do NOT send payment before i approve the commission request)
♡ The Customer is not allowed to remove my signuture, altre the art work without my consent, or claim the artwork as their own. As the artist i will retain all copyright of over the commissioned art work.
♡The artist have right to deny commissions for any reason
♡There is no set deadline for any commission unless specified. (normal turnaround can range from a few days to a few weeks depending on workload, and complexity etc.)
Rush jobs may require additional fees.
♡Comercial use fee is 2x the commission price
Refunds
♡I will not give out a refund after 24h of starting the commission, unless me as the artist is unable to finish the commission.
♡Extra fees♡
- Big props ( such as a large bag, pilllow or plushy, closer to the characters size ) are + $5
- Armor/complex or more detaild outfits will cost extra and will range from +$10-40
- Pet/animals, added animal/pets in scene may cost extra from $5-15
- Nsfw/alternate versions will range from +$15-45 depending on commission option
- Detaild/complex backgrounds are +$15-40 (simple/one colored backgrounds are free)
